Origins are a race of alien hybrids offspring of Luxen and Hybrids.
Description[]
Origins were one of Daedalus experiments that started as an accident (later named The Origin Project). Around the 1970s Daedalus had a Luxen male and a female hybrid whom he had mutated. They were in love, and at some point the female became pregnant.
Luxen cannot conceive with humans, and for the most part, they cannot conceive with a hybrid, but when the mutation is complete on a cellular level, and there is true want, they can conceive.
The length of the pregnancy of an origin baby is the same as a human baby, between 8 and 9 months, and their growth rate is normal.
All Origins eyes are purplish in color, with a dark circle around the iris.
Origins adopt both human and Luxen DNA, which is different from the mutated DNA of a hybrid.
The culmination of Nancy's work and the Origin project is the Trojan.
Abilities[]
Origins have a high IQ usually over 200 (only 1% of the population has an IQ over 140), they are very smart and have an ability to problem solve and strategize. Each child origin of each generation appears to have different abilities. Origins are able to heal themselves immediately and can also heal others, telepathically communicate with Luxen, Hybrids, and humans. Onyx and diamond mixtures have no effect on them. They have the speed and strength of a Luxen but are faster and stronger. Like the Luxen they can tap into the Source, and use it to move things, or even kill someone. The only thing Origins are not able to do is to change their appearance.
